The successful candidate will proactively reach out to brokers to identify new opportunities, while also conducting in-depth analysis of deals to present to the team. This role requires a confident communicator who can
balance strong interpersonal skills with rigorous analytical capabilities.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers to source new deal opportunities.
Conduct outreach to brokers, gather market intelligence and expand the deal pipeline.
Underwrite and analyze potential transactions, with a focus on real estate opportunities.
Review, evaluate, and summarize financial and market data to support investment decisions.
Prepare clear presentations and communicate findings effectively to the leadership team.
Collaborate with the team to refine deal strategies and provide insights on transaction opportunities.
Requirements:
Native-level English fluency (written and verbal).
Familiarity with U.S. real estate markets and deal structures.
Prior experience in real estate underwriting, investment analysis, or brokerage.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills particularly with U.S.-based brokers.
Solid financial and analytical skills, with the ability to underwrite and evaluate real estate deals.
Confidence in presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to balance outreach efforts with detailed analysis.
Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets.
