Main Tasks: * Manages Retail Operations School
Works with content experts in drafting and actual documentation of selling system processes and training manuals.
Facilitates and runs online, classroom, in- store, in- field and guided training programs to internal & external sales personnel
Facilitates store immersion and plant/ farm tours as part of Monterey Meat School (MMS) trainings
Ensures training & workshop set up and clear up before and/ or after the event (Ingress & Egress).
Ensures strong communication linkages between Sales and SSTD to effectively coordinate and execute training programs.
People Development
Main Tasks: * Set ups recruitment guidelines to aid service providers, franchisees and distributors in the selection of right personnel for the job and to help provide the area with quality workforce
Drafts position description of trade partners' personnel (merchandisers, team leaders, coordinators, meat shop personnel, butcher, distributor sales personnel, distributor sales supervisor, operations manager) for clearer role delineation
Reviews performance of all personnel thru in- field validation and training results
Collates and analyzes sales personnel performance ratings and provides SMF management & trade partners a list of personnel for awards and recognition as part of motivational program
Implements a program that advances the sales personnel's skills through Monterey and Magnolia Butchering Accreditation Program (MBAP)
