Job Description:Position: Trainer / Coach
Department: Enablement
Reports To: Enablement Training ManagerRole Purpose
The Trainer/Coach plays a key role in driving employee performance and capability by delivering effective training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching. This role focuses on onboarding, upskilling, and reinforcing best practices to ensure employees are equipped to succeed in their roles.Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions (virtual and in- person) covering role-specific skills, company processes, and best practices.
Provide coaching and feedback to individuals and teams to improve performance.
Support onboarding programs to accelerate new hire productivity.
Conduct skills assessments and identify development areas.
Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Training Managers to update training content.
Monitor learner progress, track completion, and provide post-training support.
Reinforce knowledge retention through follow-up sessions, role plays, and knowledge checks.
Ensure all training aligns with company objectives and departmental needs.

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of professional experience in training, coaching, or enablement.
Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt training style to different learning preferences.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, LMS systems).
Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate training effectiveness.
🎯 Preferred Experience
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience using accounting tools such as
Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks (QB), or similar platforms. * Background in training employees in finance, accounting, or related fields is an advantage.Benefits:If Full-time/permanent role:
