Job Description
Facilitation of SALT Modules
Module Preparation, revision, and review of training materials
Manage training rollouts
Create reports, enhance templates/reports and business presentations specific to Training and Quality
Assist in Transition in new accounts by being the POC for Training, join T3 sessions, do knowledge transfer and address training related needs
Candidate should be willing to work in shifts and is flexible (as applicable)
Candidate should have key boarding skills (30 wpm, 90% accuracy)
Candidate should have an understanding of transaction monitoring approach
Candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills
Candidate should have excellent written communication skills
Candidate should demonstrate analytical, problem solving and logical skills
Candidate should have time management and prioritization skills
Candidate has basic knowledge of Excel and Candidate should be able to analyze information and discern trends
Candidate has basic knowledge of power point & presentations
Candidate should demonstrate ability to coach another person
