TRAINING OFFICER
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Training and Development, or a related field. A relevant professional certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a Training Officer, Training Coordinator, or in a similar training and development role.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
