Description
Responsibilities:
Full training cycle when it comes to soft skills development & sales workshops: from needs analysis to program design and implementation / roll out to evaluation;
Overseeing Career Development Programs of ICS for Sales and Technical personnel;
Coordination with external training companies for workshops that are outsourced; and
Spearheading along with committees and the HR Team, company-wide events, and other employee engagement activities.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Business, Social Science, Psychology, Human Resource or any related course
At least 3 years experience to at least three areas of the training cycle: needs analysis; design & development; program coordination; facilitation; and evaluation
Detail-oriented and has very good interpersonal relations
Effective in oral & written communication
