Qualifications:
Preferably BS Psychology graduate or HRDM or Mass Com graduates or any other Behavioral Science courses
With at least two (2) years working experience in handling HR functions with specialization in Training.
Able to prepare training modules and TNA
Able to conduct/supervise trainings and seminars
Able to run Succession Plan Program
With excellent communication skills and has the ability to interact with employees
With good computer and presentation skills
