The Role:
Suitable candidate will play a major role in identifying training needs by consulting with management and using needs assessments. Determines training needs and requirements for projects, department or group by meeting with country head and communicate with teams across multiple countries and time zones. The person will be assisting in the organizing and training management of multiple projects and in influencing and driving of teams towards achieving client goals. He/she will work with project managers and country head to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific projects for team or department. He/she will manage the technologies and new educational and training techniques to develop, manage and deliver training. Hence, persons who are excellent communicator, goal achiever, proactive and responsive to change are an advantage and preferred.
The Requirements:
Candidate MUST possess a Bachelor Degree in any of the following disciplines: Human Resources, Business Admin, Training Management or related areas. Postgraduate qualification and CPTM will be a plus. Experience analysing company needs, lesson planning, development and implementation. Proficient using advance training resources and tools. Strong understanding of business goals and achievement. Ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments. Knowledge of learning and development training best practices .Ability to organize and manage training initiatives.Excellent leadership skill and goal oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Other languages such as Mandarin will be a plus). We value good team players who are collaborative, desire to learn, communicator, self-initiative, proactive, detail-oriented, action-oriented, and goal-oriented. We treasure work attitude over skill.
