What is your mission?
Responsible for the performance evaluation and certification of the trainers through coaching, mentoring, class observations and assessments
Establishes team and individual goals in alignment with the program and/or company goals
Identifies and assesses future and current training needs and ensures effective training and facilitation
Designs, develops, and implements training and continuous professional development programs
Designs course curriculum based on needs analysis results, employee feedback, client expectations, leadership requests, industry best practices and existing L&D strategies
Deploys a wide variety of training methods to appeal to various types of learners/learning modalities
Applies a wide range of tools to plan, analyze, and oversee the program’s performance to make sure there are improvements
Monitors and evaluates training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report or communicate on them
Manages agreed and approved training budget
Maintains a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Ensures that all training materials are always updated and are managed properly
Liaise closely with the different teams (Operations, Quality) and Clients to ensure training and knowledge base is up to date and employees are up to speed on changes and updates
Manages training needs of all employees in collaboration with relevant departments like Operations and Quality
Manages and resolves escalations related to Training
Employs a variety of leadership techniques and can effectively select and apply the best technique to an employee’s individual needs

Who are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
Minimum 3 years of experience as Training Manager
Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems
Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Familiarity with different training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services
Attention to detail and excellent Organizational skills
Strong multitasking and time-management skills
