Oversee functional training requirements for supported LOBs and initiatives in order to influence the the business to improve processes and policies by identifying training gaps and putting effective measures to resolve functional training issues focused on creating a truly Wonderful Customer Experience.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Training Delivery
A. Learning Systems Design / Curriculum Development
Curriculum Development
Develops superior customer experience- oriented learning curricula aligned with Globe's established standards and business directions for the LOB that he/she supports.
Evaluates the effectiveness of functional training programs implemented and provides insights and analysis to implement enhancements to Functional Training Manager.
Implements and monitors established training curriculum and timelines amongst all CXM supported LOBs.
Evaluates the effectiveness of curricula and training or learning intervention design to suit usability standards as well as to conform with instructional systems design effectiveness criteria and vis--vis agreed target goals of CXM.
Participate and contribute to the continuous improvement of curriculum and department policies and procedures
2. Training Execution
Submission of training pull-out request(s) as needed to Workforce Partners.
Management training logistics for TTT or EUT sessions as needed
Completion of Train-the-Trainer ( TTT ) and End-User Training ( EUT ) sessions to Partner Line Trainers , Training Support and Globe In-House partners as needed.
Active participation in roadshows, pocket briefings and learning / training initiatives to promote learning and training engagement amongst internal and external partners.
3. Vendor Management
Collaborate with training partners in continuously coming up with strategies, policies, and initiatives to improve functional training performance.
Works with the Functional Training Manager to ensure on-going communication and cooperation between Vendor Partner Trainers and Operations with focus on training delivery in order to provide satisfactory service levels with all subscribers.
Manage training performance of partner Line Trainers for the LOBs that he/she supports.
Drive business performance through the development of strong relationships and regular cadences regarding training projects and deliverables for the LOB(s) that he/she supports.
Auditing of vendor partners training performance and practices
Monitor partners training class journal for New Hires on a daily basis to keep track of class attendance, trainee's performance and agenda progress.
Track and report training outcomes.
Present vendor functional training performance summary to Training Manager teams during weekly and monthly training reviews; proactively identify and address both wins (e.g., leading practices) and concerns as applicable
Maintain a strong Network of Line Trainers/SMEs/Peer Trainers through conducting effective certification and auditing of partners training processes and policies.
4. Internal Collaboration
Coordination with Service Delivery and DM partners regarding training requirements and submission of training timelines, evaluation scores, training compliance reports.
Coordination with Workforce partners regarding training pull-out requests.
Participation in QA/QM Alignment sessions and initiatives related to improving CSR performance
Coordination with Process Partners regarding Handling / PPM / WI requirements and alignment in ensuring that training module created is in line with the process instructions created.
Cooperation with Operations partners regarding pre and post-training requirements directed towards improving partners comprehension of functional-related activities.
Collaboration with other Globe In-House partners as needed.
5. Budget Management
Manages the training budget for his/her assigned LOB and find ways to gain cost efficiencies.
Monitors expensed incurred and reviews training charges that seem unreasonable.
Establishes means for driving accountability around adherence to processes and procedures, customer expectations and efficient use of resources within the LOB(s) that he/she supports.
