Job Description Identify the performance, skills, knowledge, information and attitude gaps of a targeted audience and create, select and/or suggest learning experiences to fill these gaps. Must have: At least 2 years experience in instructional design/curriculum & content development In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models Lesson/program and curriculum planning skills Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts Duties and responsibilities: Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience's learning and development needs Set learning & dev goals and create content that matches these Visualize content/instructional graphics, including the user interface and finished products for e-learning modules Research, analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design Develop exercises and activities that enhance the learning process Create supporting materials such as case studies, simulations, role plays, games, etc. Devise modes of assessment, such as quizzes or learning checkpoints, to measure effectiveness of the course/program Maintain program documentation, course folders, progress trackers, class lists, etc. Experience in facilitating/conducting training and classroom management is a plus Make Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
