TRAINING COORDINATOR
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Human Resources Development and Management or any Behavioral Sciences Courses.
With at least 6 mos. to 1 year experience in conducting Trainings/Seminars.
Ability to analyze and interpret results from Training Needs Analysis
Proficient in Written and Oral Communication Skills
Must be Bubbly and articulate
Ability to formulate and execute training and development policies and procedures.
Assertive, proactive and must be a team player
Willing to be trained as “safety officer”
