Job Description: * Facilitate New Hire Training, Refresher Training, Upskill/Cross skill training as per business requirements
Participate in training readiness meetings and coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Operations for class readiness
Supervise employees through training and assist in successful transition to operations
Oversee employee performance during training and evaluate assessment results
Manage performance through coaching, create individual development plans and recovery plans within the training timeline to ensure new hire goals are met
Appropriately document employee performance, prepare training reports to record progress
Make recommendations for content/format improvements/optimization
Participate in process improvement and innovation projects
Perform research required to update/develop material for the training program
Lead or Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining knowledge base, SOPs, Facilitator guides and participant handbooks
Perform applicable post-training activities, as required (e.g., roster reporting, classroom reset, storage of supplies/materials)
Ensure consistent global compliance with operating standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with Operations and recommend training solutions
Meet or exceed established business MBOs of quality and speed to delivery

Education Requirements
Graduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
Healthcare Background preferred-based program preferred
Certification or equivalent in Facilitation Skills preferred
Technical Skills
Foundational proficiency with Microsoft applications like MSWord MSExcel, MSPowerpoint, OneNote
Good understanding of video conferencing tools to conduct virtual training (example - MS Teams, Webex, etc.)
Good understanding of business & process specific tools like claims platforms, case tracking systems, reporting or dashboard tools to coordinate and extract agent performance
Basic understanding of SOP Creation, Flowcharting, Charts, etc.
Process Specific Skills
Experience of working with US based clients preferred
Subject Matter expert - demonstrate knowledge of product, process, tools and SOP knowledge inclusive of knowledge of applicable operational platforms (e.g., workflows, procedures, systems)
Experienced in US Healthcare Laws and Regulations
Soft skills
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrate friendliness, patience and collaborative personality
Knowledge of learning models, facilitation skills preferred
