Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for the effective delivery of training programs across the organization Follows various training delivery techniques, business processes, products, and system. (May also be involved in the design process) Provide training on culture and values aligned with Our United Culture Prepare for, apply, manage, and support effective facilitation by measuring and enhancing learning effectiveness Maintain and apply knowledge of facilitation best practices (e.g., ASTD, gOEbase, ASQ) Apply the appropriate training technologies to ensure effective learning (e.g., WebEx, Knowledge Management Systems, ULearn, Knowlagent), as applicable Provide post-training support to learners and consultation on effective learning strategies, as needed Required Qualifications: At least high school education or equivalent experience 1-year relevant work experience Ability to identify and adapt to the learning styles of audience Knowledge on some training technologies (e.g., WebEx or other training platform experience) Solid facilitation and classroom management skills (In class and Virtual) Good organizational and time management skills Excellent communicational skills, both spoken and written At Optum, part of the UnitedHealth Group family of businesses, it's excellence we're after from the top down.
