• Determine suitable training programmes & methods
• Communicate with client's on the interventions taken & it's impact
• Facilitate Group Discussions & training sessions
• Develop Contextualized Learning Materials
• Co-ordinate training events
Job Qualifications
• If you write well, have an eye for detail, have a psychology or human resources development background, is hardworking and driven, able to work independently, highly resourceful & sets high standards - you would be a great fit!
• You will report to the Lead Consultant.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Business development, Research, Reports
