Job Qualifications:
A graduate of Psychology or any business management-related courses
Open for fresh graduates with no work experience
Average communications skills (both written and oral)
Has basic knowledge of statistics, instructional design, and MS Excel
Has facilitation skills
Good time management skills
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with Team Leaders and Department Heads about skills gaps identified from the capability analysis conducted by Learning & Capability Development Manager
Assist the officer in designing instructional materials and scheduling training programs
Prepare tools used for analyzing data and documentation process with Manager and Officer
Assist in conducting learning programs to boost HOIT business capabilities
