Job Description:
Assist the Training Team Lead in facilitating trainings of employees for both internal & external trainings
Assist the Training Team Lead in designing, preparing and conducting training programs/modules for manpower development and training for all employees
Assist the Training Team Lead in entertaining visitors from various schools for surveys and educational tours
Assist the Training Team Lead in supervising the OJT program of the company
Assist the Training Team Lead in performing orientation of OJT's
Job Requirements:
Graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Management
Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills and can work with minimum supervision
Has background on the conduct of TNA, formulations of training programs & in facilitating trainings
