MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Training Assistant!
General Description: The Training Assistant is mainly responsible for new hire training tasks, which may continue on with up skill or refresher sessions for existing employees. They communicate directly with trainees and facilitate training sessions, activities, evaluations, and other trainee concerns. They directly report to the training and development manager.
​Work Schedule and Arrangement: Night shift that can glide into Mid-shift (PHT); Office-based Setup
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Run training sessions to new hires
Facilitate related activities such as hands-on, quizzes and examinations, mock-calls, corrections and feedback, etc.
Study and create new materials
Create quizzes and other evaluations
Track and record trainee performance including attendance, evaluation results, and trainee conduct
Perform other training related tasks assigned by training and development manager
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills is a priority
College graduate of any program
Fresh Graduates or with BPO experience are welcome to apply
Can start immediately
BPO/ESL experience is a plus
Must be amenable to shifting schedules
Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
Willing to work in our office at Cebu IT Park
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of PHP 21,000
New hire bonus of PHP 5,000
