Responsibilities:
Conduct New Hires Orientation
Coordination with training companies for public and in-house training conducted by external facilitators
Preparation and monitoring of training bond
Assistance on employee engagement events and activities
Support to training programs
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Business, Social Science, Psychology, Human Resource or any related course
At least 1-year experience as Training Assistant or exposure to employee engagement.
Detail-oriented and has very good interpersonal relations
Effective in oral & written communication
