Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Manages the implementation and administration of training programs.
Establishes departmental policies and procedures.
Audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies.
Prepares and communicates information to appropriate parties regarding training programs, procedures, and curriculum changes.
Prepares specialized reports.
May manage special projects.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of cumulative training experience with at least 1 year of previous people management experience in a supervisory / leadership function.
Requires BA/BS in related field
Willing to work in Iloilo City, Iloilo in shifting schedules. Most lines of business function on US time zones (locally, night shift schedule).
Relocation assistance* is available for qualified candidates who reside outside Panay Island, and is willing to transfer to Iloilo for site-based work.
