Description
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Preferably with experience specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
At least 3 months or more of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably familiar or experienced in planning, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating training and development program
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent in oral and written communication skill
Adaptable, systematic, organized and has the ability to confidently speak in public
