Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 2-3 years related work experience in the field is an advantage
At least 1-2 years in Customer Service/ BPO/ Teaching Experience with a leadership role
Basic to advance Computer Skills, Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Knowledge and experience in training needs analysis, design and development, and training evaluation
Willing to work on shifting schedules
Preferably local candidate of Angeles City or nearby area

Job Description
Responsible in ensuring availability of all training rooms/venues, equipment and other requirements
Responsible in updating Training Master file and Records (includes back up, check training materials periodically or as needed)Conducts Call Monitoring and attend to calibration sessions
Organize and develop or obtain training procedures and guides and course materials such as handouts and visuals
Render phone time to keep product knowledge, skills and behaviors up to date
Present information, using variety of instructional techniques and formats such as: Role Playing, Simulations and Group Discussions
