YOUR ROLE
The SSC Air Logistics Trainer is responsible to strategize, design, and lead the technical training programs aligning to any Air Logistics development projects. Subsequently, this person will manage, drive, and conduct these trainings and cascade it to the Air Logistics department employees.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to conduct trainings to newly on-boarded employees after HR Team's endorsement.
Coordinate trainings with the process specialists and team leaders in order to collaborate with them to determinate the most effective method for training based on the topic and audience.
- Keeps the training matrix updated and should identify the training needs by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the team.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the current training programs and provide amendments and revisions if necessary.
- Receive direct corporate guidance on training material, menthods and tools, and use thereof for user training.
- Train SSC users based on the training methods and tools provided by global training team.
- Train SSC users on optimal and compliant system usage considering the corporate system usage concept.
- Coordinates JIRA Project tool for SSC for implementations and makes sure all necessary implementation steps are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc)
- Coordination of implementation process bringing together both Process Owners as well as SSC teams in an efficient and timely manner
- Keep up to date on Systems changes and releases for potential training impact and review with SSC SuperUser accordingly.
- Collaborate with other SSC's and RAT community for knowledge sharing.
- Participate in the monthly Global RAT calls.
- Periodically review WI's with SSC Team Leads and Process Specialists to develop any further training needs.

- Strategic Thinker - possesses strong business acumen and has a good grasp of how the training process directly affects the business.
- Collaborative - one should know how to establish partnership with other departments or region to strengthen the training programs.
- Forefront of change - takes the lead in determining the areas of improvement in a particular training programs.
- Training Background in Air Logistics or Similar Industry
- Willing to Relocate in the Philippines
