REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have experience as a Universal Trainer in a US Telco Account (with focused on Sales and Service)
• At least 2 years of experience as a Universal Trainer
• Excellent English communication skills
• Preferably has experience in training in a BPO company
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
• Previous training and/or quality experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic computer skills including Microsoft Office application software
• Cultural knowledge and exposure to host country preferred
• Must be amenable to work on shifting schedules
• Can start ASAP
• Willing to work onsite - Mckinley, Taguig
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Train agents and ensure skills are improved within the required period of training
• Monitor student progress in training in preparation for product specific training
• Participate in constantly evaluating CCT curriculum for improvement while maintaining and updating modules and other training materials
• Contribute to strengthening CCT/PST practices in daily operations on the production floor
• Offer fundamental support for technical and systems training
• Keep abreast on product knowledge updates by taking calls, responding to emails, attending operations team meetings, constantly coordinating and calibrating with Recruitment, Operations and Quality
• Implement strict adherence to the employee handbook and Training policies
• Ensure the availability and maintenance of all necessary equipment for training delivery purpose (projector, training room PCs, headphones, etc.)
• Willingly contribute to / participate during other assignments as required by business needs
