Duties and Responsibilities:
Liaise with the Operations Manager and Team leader to determine training needs.
Design effective training programs.
Instruct employee training and onboarding.
Track and compile collected data.
Support and mentor new talents.
Review talent performance and response to training.
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related field.
Preferably a fresh graduate.
Relevant work experience in the food industry is an advantage but not required.
Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
Willing to work in San Juan City.
