Job Description
Prepare work area, use machinery and tools, and erect temporary structures; scaffolding etc.
Utilize drills, jack hammers, shovels, pikes and power tools as well as provide assistance with heavy machinery.
Moving materials to and from work site, ensuring all tools, machinery and other equipment are set up safely and cleaned at the end of usage.
Assist with various electrical and plumbing installation procedures.
Spreading gravel, asphalt, concrete and other material over surfaces.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a specific trade (e.g., electrician, plumber, carpenter).
Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
Completion of a relevant trade apprenticeship or vocational training program.
Strong practical skills and knowledge of relevant trade tools and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
