Description
Assists in the filing of pleadings and legal documents in courts, quasi-judicial bodies and other government offices.
In charge of the deliver and collection of all documents, mails or correspondence to and from
various department and external lawyers and customers of the Company.
Assists in processing of other governmental requirements and documentation under the direct supervision of the legal department head.
Process the application for TAX Identification of VIP's , annual payment of IBP dues., professional tax for lawyers and other fees required by legal department, process all permits, licenses of company and barangay concerned.
Processes the transfer of shares of stock of the companies including affiliates.
Process tourist visa extensions and special working permits of foreign employees with the Bureau of Immigration.
