Role Overview:
Acts as end-to-end owner of brand and category trade plans, promotional guidelines and trade budget - from conception, program cascade to sales force, execution and post-evaluation
Monitors and reviews monthly sales performance of the Business Unit in the assigned channel and acts as subject matter experts when it comes to recommending pivot plans to address trade gaps/opportunities and competitor threats across areas/channels to ensure 100% achievement of targets
Utilizes brand resources by developing, deploying, and managing all category trade programs for the channel and ensuring trade spends are within Finance parameters
Manages the scorecard of the assigned channel in terms of agreed marketing and distribution KPI deliverables
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of any business related course
With 3-4 years of related work experience specifically background in trade marketing, sales or brand marketing preferably in pharma or FMCG industry
Is a strong communicator (oral and written), relationship-builder, goal-oriented, proactive, problem-solver, and quick learner
Able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging environment
