TRADE MARKETING MANAGER
 
Program Development
A. Establish channel strategies along with company's directions.
B. Prepare trade promotional plan in designated channels with critical customers.
C. Coordinate media placements, public relation programs, host events, and participate in all community events.
D. Check and analyse competitor activities or promotion.
 
Trade Execution
A. Head responsibility to manage and monitor Trade Marketing Investments (merchandising collateral's, DA, Gondola) as well as initiate execution.
B. Interact with Sales regarding deadlines / lead time required for promotions, pack / price changes, new products, etc in order to ensure effective implementation.
C. Spearhead program and activity implementation aligned with sales direction.
D. To ascertain new product launches, distribution tracking, secondary displays, planograms and etc.
 
Monitoring
A. Design and monitor a competitive activity feedback report to track frequency and types of promotions taking place in his/her area, documenting such activities for analysis, reporting and future referencing purposes.
B. Keep track, analyses and evaluate accounts'; profitability. Identify customers who do not meet the company's guidelines and recommend action to improve level of requirements.
C. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and in-store promotions to determine whether these meet the
Company' objectives.
D. Design and implement price surveys on selected brands to track and graph trends over periods of time, for purposes of
recommending for pricing strategies based on information received. Consolidate internal price control program for all products, implementing and administering pricing alignment.
E. Ensure all accounts to comply with the merchandising standards.
 
People Management
a. Monitor all coordinators & MDs and ensure compliance to company's directions.
b. Responsible to the training of all coordinators & MDs in his/her area
c. Monitor attendance and reports compliance for all coordinators & MDs Order & Sell-out Management Sell-out
a. Get P.O from the account as needed / required by Sales
b. Acquire consolidated P.O report and submit to RGM/Sales
RGM/Sales
c. Monitor sales off-take
d. Assist in account negotiation (promotion, p.o, display request)
e. Contact with the sales support department of Headquarters to provide delivery and data support
f. Complete sales supports system
