₱ 45,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Under the supervision of the Trade Marketing Manager, the Trade Marketing Executive will work closely with the trade channel sales teams and brand marketing to support the achievement of distribution, visibility, and activation objectives. The incumbent will take the lead in formulating strategic channel executions and project management that are in line with sales and brand targets. Responsibilities also include development and production of material assets, supplier management support which will identify the right partners and obtain best values for our Marketing assets. The candidate will handle multiple trade channels under Off trade which covers the ff:
Modern and Traditional Trade, Convenience Stores, General Trade, Regional Distributors, Wholesalers, and Travel Retail business
Key Responsibilities
Supports the Off-Trade Sales team by understanding the brand and channel needs and proactively providing the right tools and expertise that will help activate PRPI's brands with the best programs in the right outlets.
Works closely with the brand marketing, sales, and legal teams to ensure that merchandising and brand guidelines relevant to the activations and events are clearly up to date, aligned and compliant.
Works closely with third-party suppliers and vendors for the procurement of material assets and deployment executions in line with the brand's overall look and feel.
Supports the Trade Marketing Manager in the management of Suppliers, from sourcing the right partners to the evaluation process.
Proactively oversees the implementation and analysis of trade marketing initiatives and optimizing key consumer and trade insights based on learnings from close out reports or post evaluation of programs.
Supports the deployment of visibility and activation assets through the brand marketing and off trade sales teams, and monitors effectiveness of usage.
Provides market intelligence and spots opportunities after trade visits and randomly checks the placements of merchandising materials and PRPI products specifically in the off-trade channel, as well as various consumer and trade events.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
3 years of experience
Availability to travel: Yes
Availability of change of residence: Yes
