DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares documents (ex. sales contract) in connection with local and export sales
Prepares Reports of Request for payment of all billing
Prepares Report for Collection of Delivery/Shipment
Prepares S/A & Authorization for Withdrawal
Encodes check voucher and petty cash voucher on FAS
Prepares and encodes OR
Prepares documents for ship out, both local and export of oil mill
Files Export Declaration (E2M)
Collects, counter checks, and pick-up documents and payments of buyers
Update/monitor vessel and delivery report
Updates spreadsheet of contracts and transactions
Handles filing of Sales/Purchase Contracts
Assists on Regulatory Compliance (Securing Business Permits/Licenses, Registrations, Accreditations)
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Bachelor's Degree holder preferably in any Business Course
Has experience in import and export industry
Competency: Preferably knowledgeable in incoterms, letters of credit, load port operations, governing rules, customs and government agency regulations, and shipping documents and computer savvy
