TQM MANAGER
Oversees the planning and implementation of all standards adapted by the company excluding safety related standards.
Directs Area Document Controller and Plant Business Process Analyst in the implementation of standards.
Conducts Risk Assessment on all processes for all plants covered in the assigned area.
Spearheads quarterly management review for all plants covered in the assigned area.
Conducts internal and external audit for all standards.
Conduct training and awareness seminars for all plants as scheduled.
Initiates process improvements for all plants covered in the assigned area.
Leads the implementation of Quality Management System to all plants nationwide.
Perform other related tasks delegated by the National Manager.
