Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, tourism, business management, engineering, or related field.
At least 3 years' experience as a transportation manager / travel or in a similar industry.
Solid knowledge of the transportation industry and tours
Knowledge of travel management processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience working with union contracts and transportation-related government regulations.
Critical thinking skills and knowledge of analytics.
Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations.
Excellent leadership skills.
Strong computer skills.
Good conflict resolution skills.
