TOUR GUIDE (JAPANESE COMPANY)
 
Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging tour activities for international guest
Provide relevant/ accurate information about the place
Escorting the groups, and provide safety advice and directions to guest
Will pick up and drop guest at the airport
Will be assigned to various locations outside Cebu or within Cebu, depending on the tour itinerary
Assist guest during the tour
Gather and maintain necessary equipment for each tour itinerary
Maintain a positive and calm disposition throughout the tour
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months or more work experience in Japan
Previous experience as an Ex-Trainee in Japan
Must have an intermediate level proficiency in Nihongo
Good verbal communication skills in English
Willing to do early morning shifts
Willingness to work on shifting schedules, especially during night-shifts
Willing to render overtime and extended hours when necessary
Has good customer service skills
With JITCO certificate or DOT Accredited License is an Advantage
