Responsible for closing out projects and making relevant database updates after an RFP has been completed. Operating a "service ticket" system for changes that occur at various datacenters or as noticed by SE/SAs to update data entry. Attend all gating calls to build structure in for new properties as they are announced, and construction commences. Operating the semi-annual / annual data audit and ensuring data is revalidated at the specified intervals. SEFIS / NOFIS: Responsible for interfacing with the SFDC team to make programmatic changes to the SEFIS/NOFIS tool. Develop PowerAutomate scripts to help improve workflow and data accuracy through automatically identifying data that can be centralized and made accessible. Perform audits of the building specific content the develop missing material in conjunction with local market SME. Salesforce: Audit SFDC deals for proper uploads, content, and updates on opportunities in accordance with SE guidance. Ensure SEDCMs are collected at the close of each opportunity. Run SEDCM reporting and provide output to Product Management for analysis in the quarterly review of customer asks and potential D&C DEG changes. Ensure AIR/CAS/BOM materials are attached on each opportunity and accessible via NOFIS. Provide weekly reporting to Solutions Engineering leaders of metrics, deficiencies, and data trends for analysis. Audit SFDC content for accuracy and interface with SFDC team to identify and resolve data accuracy issues related to reporting.
