We are Hiring:
 
Position : Toolroom Sharpening Technician
Location : Tac-an Road, Talamban, Cebu City
Work schedule : 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday; 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Friday
Employment : Full-time
 
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Toolroom Sharpening Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sharpening, maintaining, and repairing tools used in production to ensure equipment efficiency and product quality.
 
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years experience in tool sharpening or Tool & Die maintenance
Knowledge in using grinders, cutters, and other sharpening equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (preferred)
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
Strong work ethic, no attendance issues, and able to work with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities:
Sharpen, repair, and maintain cutting tools, dies, molds, and related equipment
Monitor tool conditions and perform preventive maintenance
Ensure tools meet required specifications and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and order in the toolroom
Coordinate with production for tool requests and replacement
Keep accurate records of sharpened and issued tools
