Description:
Decide on Mold design concept with help of the Tool designer.
Direction to be based off customer requirements, overall business objectives, and serviceability ease in production.
Lead Design Review meetings for their tools, and ensure that all design standards are followed, and documented.
Monitor, and react where needed to insure cost, quality, and deliver meets targeted assumptions.
Provide technical assistance, and answers for the Tool Room as required.
Responsible for coordinating Sampling schedule with expected deliverables.
Liaison between internal departments including but not limited to Quality, Molding, Project Engineering, Tool Room, Shipping.
Scheduling and Senior Management.
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Plastic Engineering or equivalent experience is desired.
Strong backgrounding, and understanding of, the design of plastic part design as it relates to manufacturability and assembly.
Technical proficient with Microsoft Office products, Pro-E, Autocad and Moldflow software.
He/She must be experienced in making products for high volume production where cost control, reliability and manufacturability while maintaining very aggressive schedules.

Hot runner system issue analysis, repair and improve.
Tooling repair report compose and issue analysis.
Must be willing to work at FPIP Sto. Tomas.
Atleast 4 years experienced.
