Job Description
The Toll Mill Production Assistant is responsible for effective and efficient execution and control of activity during production at Toll Mill site. * Ensures effective coordination with demand planner, CCR and PPIC to come up with a realistic production schedule to help ensure the on-time product delivery to the customer.
Maintains and ensures availability of raw materials to help sustain the production of goods in a timely manner.
Manage production inventory system ensuring regular accounting of raw materials to always check and ensure minimal inventory variance.
Ensures that all Raw Materials to be dosed are with respect/according to the mixing guide provided by Formulation Team. (Type of RM and Quantity).
Ensures all parameters are correctly executed at every equipment necessary. From the standard mixing time required, steam temperature, standard stitching on sacks during bagging, etc.
Provides and ensures required reports are correct and timely generated which is essential for production documentation.
Conducts Quality assurance activities whenever required.
Conducts RM & FG Warehousing activities whenever required.
Organizing and Monitoring * Keeps historical and updated records of production/in-process results.
Coordinates regularly with Toll Mill Planner on any production/in-process concerns.
Other Duties * Performs other tasks as may be directed by immediate superior.
Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Preferably at least one (1) year experience on manufacturing or quality control in feeds or any similar industry
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
