Description
- Candidate must be a College Graduate/ Bachelors Degree holder in any field.
- Preferably with 5-10 years of experience in a construction / manufacturing / roofing industry.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Brgy. Conchu, Trece Martires, Cavite and other part of the country if necessary.
- Advantage: with driver's license
Proficient in:
- Technical drawings and specifications.
- Reading of architectural and structural plans.
- Microsoft Offices / AutoCad.
Expert in Installation of:
- Roofing and accessories.
- Soffit (spandrel).
- Cladding.
- Steel decking.
- Purlins.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct actual project measurements based on client specifications.
- Submit technical drawings for estimate.
- Conduct project inspection prior to turn-over.
- Attend coordination meetings as Company's representative.
- Conduct regular maintenance works at Steeltech plant's roofing and cladding.
- Support ongoing in house projects.
- Assist technical setup at Company events
- Submit materials estimate and quantity take-off based on approved plans.
- Contribute in the regular reviews of estimate standards and formulas
