TIMEKEEPER
 
Responsibilities:
Enroll employees and construction workers in the system
Keep track and record the worker's daily scope of work and overtime work
Review Scope of Work daily reports
Update workforce reports
Resolves issues related to time recording and coordinate with worker, supervisor, and HR-OH and site Operations
Report absences or time violations to the HR-OH & Site Operations
Conduct site inspection to ensure that workers are in their assigned work site and/or projects
Update Manpower Monitoring Log Sheet for changes in assignment
Assist in conducting orientation activities for new workers
Enforce Occupational Health and Safety regulations, report incidents or violations to the Safety Officer
Report to the HR- OH & Site Operations any violations or offenses of company rules and regulations
Assist the HR - OH & Site Operations in implementing the online HRIS to be used by the workers
Qualifications:
College graduate of any course
At least 1 year of work experience
Computer Literate; Proficient in Microsoft applications
COSH and First Aid exposure is an advantage
