TIMEKEEPERJEJORS CONSTRUCTION CORP.

Entertains employees concerns regarding hours worked and adjustment pay which to be made contacts with the Project In-Charge and collects any missed timesheets of the employees.
Check and Review DTR from the log sheet, Computation of working hours in log sheet, equipment log sheets of driver /operator based from the FID record with specific project code per activity and complete signatory of Gasman, PIC and Operator for accuracy.
Strictly submits on time all the reviewed equipment log sheet with the complete attachment of FID, Trip Ticket and Daily Time Record.
Conducts site inspection of the actual attendance of all workers especially during overtimes.
Time Keeper must be responsible for the proper equipment charging of rental.
Performs the paper works about Labor Cost, Coordination Meeting, Toolbox Minutes and Weekly Equipment Utilization.
Reports any illegal & anomalies inside the Project site assigned to the Internal Auditor
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
Willing to be assigned anywhere whenever necessity arises
