Job Description Provides Level 3 technical support to Operations in resolving complex networking issues that require expert-level analysis. Technical consultant on network designs, vulnerabilities, network innovations and tools efficiencies. Facilitates technical training programs for the entire division to develop their skills on existing and new technologies. Resolution of Incidents and incident reductions, maintain Network/Service Availability.
Provides technical assessments and solutioning for Fixed Access Networks for voice and broadband services (GPON, VDSL, ADSL, SIP/VOIP)
Support for Network Restorations (Resolution of Non-Service Affecting and Full Outage Incidents)
Disaster Recovery (Preparedness, Readiness, Strategies)
Support for Network Quality Restorations (Resolution of Quality KPI Breached Breaches and Complaints)
Deliver Technical Competency Development (Conduct In-House Trainings, Strategy Consultants and Training SPOC)
Support for capacity upgrades, re-allocations, rehoming, migrations, testings, hardware and software rollouts
Technical consultations on equipment, tools, network and service designs
At least 3-5 years collective experience handling Operations and Maintenance of different network infrastructure and technology; or Experience in doing Network Design or Solutions creation; or experience providing Technical consultancy and/or handling Problem Management
