Description
Welink MCS is hiring for a Tier 3 TSR in behalf of a client partner in the BPO Industry

Responsibilities:
The core mission of the Tier 3 TSR is to provide timely, correct, and complete technical solutions (advanced to proficient) to client's users via call and/or email. Technical Support Representatives Level 2 are the client's front liners in ensuring that the client's customers will have a positive customer experience. Technical Support Representatives are expected to meet or exceed the performance targets set by the client and the company.
Qualifications:
• College/Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 3 years working as a Tier 2 or Tier 3 for a Technical Account in the BPO workspace
• Previous IT Service Desk Support experience is an advantage
