JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide technical support for end users within the Company. They are involved in hardware and software installation, end-user support and ensure the high-level functions of computing infrastructure.
Performs installation, maintenance and support of hardware and software.
Troubleshoots assigned applications and hardware problem in a timely fashion.
Helps users in resolving basic problems and/or concerns.
Provides documentation and/or checklist as required in support IT services.
Provides assistance in troubleshooting network problem.
