As a member of our Customer Experience Team, you will work with a dynamic team of agents and be responsible for providing five-star Customer Support to PadSplit members. You Will: Customer Support Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and empathetic fashion Identify customer needs and help them utilize specific features Become fluent in PadSplit web products, policies, and procedures to best solve customer issues Member Experience Work with our Members to develop a culture of accountability, mutual respect, and doing the right thing Solve problems - every house is a unique challenge! You Have: Strong English verbal and written communication skills Access to a reliable, fast internet connection More than 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment) Intermediate computer skills, and intermediate level of experience with Google Suite Experience in ticketing software (Zendesk or Atlas) is a plus You Are: Multi-tasker Can do attitude Self-starter Energized by customer interactions Possess a natural ability to learn quickly Shows compassion and authority during negotiations and negative interactions with customers Strong critical thinker who likes to solve problems High energy and willingness to work Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to make independent decisions and exercise good judgment Comfortable with frequent changes in the process Job Type: Full-time Contractor
