Responsibilities:
Assist customers with booking flights for domestic and international travels.
Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to customers based on their travel preferences.
Process reservations, issue tickets, and ensure accurate documentation.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to travel arrangements.
Collaborate with airlines and other travel partners to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Stay updated on industry trends and travel regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration. Additional education or training in travel and tourism is a plus.
Previous experience as a Ticketing Agent or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and transactions.
