Job Description
THUNDER HEAD Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
.
Should have expertise in Thunderhead 5.0 onwards /Smart Communication, Xenos etc.
Should have project experience, including planning, development and architecture design etc.
Experience working in either development, support or environment configuration
Knowledge and experience of a broad range of technologies or expert in a single technology.
Strong communication skills, good team player
Experience of working in a matrix managed environment, with mixed teams including contractors and outsourced vendors.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
Logical approach to software solutions and problem solving.
Be proactive in identifying and resolving potential issues, and escalate appropriately.
Good communication skills and Reporting skills
Attitude to own the service delivery responsibilities and experience of On-Call support during critical incidents
