Job Descriptions:
Responsible for caring of clients with various medical conditions
Perform direct care duties including basic nursing care, attend to clients' hygiene & grooming, monitor vital signs and clients' safety
Perform nursing procedures under supervision
Assist with feeding, bathing, toileting and changing diapers for clients
Conduct individual and group activities
Support administrative duties as and when required
Support the Therapists in providing appropriate therapy treatments (includes lifting, transferring and transporting patients)
Housekeep the rehabilitation equipment
Assist in the maintenance of clients' cases and perform any other duties as assigned by the Therapists
Qualification & Requirements
No min. qualification (Training provided)
Possession of HMI Certification in Healthcare will be a plus
Prior experience in healthcare nursing will be an advantage
Part-time to Full-time positions available
