The Food Safety System Auditor / Food Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring full compliance with The Moment Group's food safety management systems, including HACCP, GMP, and FSSC 22000 standards. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding product integrity and consumer trust by leading audits, monitoring kitchen and commissary operations, and driving continuous improvement in food safety culture across the Cebu operations.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or auditing within the food manufacturing, restaurant, or central kitchen industry.
Hands-on experience with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000 implementation and auditing.
Background in food safety documentation, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
