Job Description:
To seek new customers to open equities trading accounts and present the Company's
services to them;
To establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on
existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors;
To coordinate proper filling up of Customer Account Information Forms and submit the
necessary supporting documents;
To deal with customers' inquiries via telephone and email as well as assisting them with
their requests;
To serve existing accounts by receiving, executing and confirming orders and instructions
with their trading requirements;
To coordinate with settlements, accounting and research of any customers' requests or
instructions;
To adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade
factor;
To keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily
call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses;
To address customers' concerns and ensure that their needs are met;
To resolve customers' complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions,
preparing reports, and making recommendations to management;
To maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops,
reviewing professional publications, establishing networks, and participating in
professional societies if possible;
To provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer transactions.
